About Me
I moved to Lancaster County in 2000 and I am proud to call it my home. When I started real estate in 2004, there was a strong seller’s market, homes were selling quickly with little effort or marketing needed. When the market turned bad in 2008/2009, that is when I learned how to actually market and sell real estate. With a lot of education and my persistence I was able to increase my sales during this “bad market”. I learned that changing my mindset would be the most important skill to develop in order to survive in sales.
I enjoy walking sellers and buyers through the often complicated process and ensuring a smooth real estate transaction. Due to my years of experience and growing referral base, I have been asked on many occasions to represent clients in the neighboring York, Dauphin, Berks and Chester Counties. Lancaster County is my home base.
I am married and we have 2 children. We love to visit new places and we enjoy good food. Spending time with family and friends and helping others is the greatest satisfaction for me!
My goal is always to help. I have a strong ability to overcome obstacles. Often, I spend more funds on educating myself than marketing myself, so I can provide highest quality service to my loyal and new clients. I attend several real estate/investing conferences each year to learn from people smarter than me. This is what sets me apart from other real estate professionals.
