Like most business that were born out of necessity, AnneLayne was established in my garage with the loving help of my husband, Peyton. We promised each other that our business structure would always engage in transparency, integrity, authenticity, kindness, reliability, dependability, innovation, top-shelf customer service, and most importantly, honesty.
Having so many years in designing structures as a Civil Engineer, I found that there were similar tasks designing vector objects; thus, a business was born. I was the Designer, Laser Tech & Customer Service, and my husband was Inventory, Quality Control & Shipping.
Due to the emphasis and urgency we placed on our Client’s orders, our reputation for being prompt, detailed, and dependable grew quickly… really quickly. In 8 months, we could no longer maintain the volume of orders that were being requested of us on our own; so, we reached out for help, and partnered with another Laser Cutting Manufacturer who now helps us to maintain the volume of our orders, while allowing us to still deliver on the promises with which we started.
Initially, the first designs were rather elementary and very simple, and the only medium we sold was Baltic Birch Plywood. As we evolved over the years, we found that our niche was creating beautiful, custom, Home, Business, and Event Décor. Additionally, we expanded our material offering. We now offer 1/8″, 1/4″, and 3/8″ Baltic Birch Plywood, Acrylic that is mirrored, glittered, or solid, Hot Rolled or Cold Rolled Steel raw or powder-coated, and Aluminum raw or powder-coated.
